How to Unlock All of the Characters

Unlockables

Through Racer Shards

You’ll need racer shards to unlock all the characters and their upgrades. You can find these shards in reward boxes on the Starter Circuit, loot boxes, or by doing well in Multiplayer, collecting different items, or completing Golden Pass objectives.

Each character costs 10 racer shards to unlock, while their upgrades and unique abilities cost more.

Through Founder’s Packs

Various DLC packs are available for players who purchase the game during its early access period, and each contains multiple characters.

Standard Founder’s Pack - This pack instantly unlocks Donald Duck and another character of your choice (Baloo, Belle, Beast, Elizabeth Swann, Shang, or Mowgli). It also grants you 4000 Tokens and two Golden Pass Credits.
Deluxe Founder’s Pack - This pack is similar because it gives you immediate access to Donald Duck and the option to choose from the characters on the list above. However, it also allows you to unlock Mulan. Additionally, it grants you 7000 Tokens and two Golden Pass Credits.
Ultimate Founder’s Pack - Like the previous packs, this one gives you access to Donald Duck, one listed character of your choice, and Mulan. It will also unlock Captain Jack Sparrow and Hercules and grant you 12 000 Tokens and three Golden Pass Credits.
