Unlocking new characters in a jam packed game like this is always fun. You start off with twelve characters. After this, you can unlock racers by using slime tokens in the garage, completing challenges, purchasing the Turbo Edition DLC Pack, or through miscellaneous conditions.

Get used to drifting. Hints

In Nickelodeon Kart Racer 3 Slime Speedway, these tracks have some amazing corners. To get around these corners while maintaining your speed to help you keep your position. That's where being able to drift comes in. Try to become very familiar with drifting, and you will frequently reign supreme. 

When you successfully drift, it also gives your racer a small speed boost to help you get our of the corner faster. Use this to your advantage. If you need to pass an opponent, wait for a corner that you can get a nice drift on and use it to get around them.

 

Always drive through slime. Hints

Another method you can use to get a boost is to drive through slime. This seems like it goes against the rules of racing, right? But in Nickelodeon Kart Racer 3 Slime Speedway, the slime patches actually give your racer a small speed boost. So when you see slime patches around, try to prioritize going through them.

 

Collect coins always Hints

When you race you will earn coins as you perform certain objectives or when you win the race. Try to collect as many coins as you can. Coins allow you to upgrade your kart and racer so that you become much faster. You can also collect coins to unlock other characters with new abilities. You might have to save up for this though. With coins you can also customize your kart. You can change its color or design to suit your taste.
