To get the "Highly Decorated" achievement/trophy, you must get every ribbon in Competitive Multiplayer by performing the following tasks:

• Get to the end of a match with zero deaths.
• Get "tag assist" 3 times.
• Get "testicle shot" 3 times.
• Get "headshot" 3 times.
• Get the match's winning shot.
• Get the match's longest shot.
• From a distance of more than 150m, get 3 scoped kills.
• Kill 3 opponents with grenades.
• Kill 3 opponents with traps.
• Kill 5 opponents with shots aimed through the rifle's sights.
• Kill 5 opponents in empty lung.
• Kill 5 opponents with shots fired from a bolt-action sniper rifle.
• Kill 5 opponents with shots fired from a semi-automatic sniper rifle.
• Kill 5 opponents without dying.
• Kill 7 opponents with shots fire from a pistol or SMG.
• Aiming through a scope, kill an opponent who is sprinting.
• Kill an enemy when you shoot TNT or a mine.
• Get "kill streak" 3 times in a row without being killed.

For more XP, use this trick to get 100 XP every 4 seconds. Start Mission 5: Siwa Oasis, with the Panzerschrek RPG. Any difficulty is fine except Authentic, which disables in-game saving. Skip past the cutscene, head forward, and then pause to save your game. Once you've saved, destroy the personnel truck with a shot from your RPG. Then, pause and select "Load Last Save." This will return you to the point just before you fired at the truck, so you can destroy it again. Repeat to earn more XP.

To get the "I Siwa You Did There" achievement/trophy play Mission 5 and tail the target to the scaffolding by the fountain. There is an explosive barrel beneath the scaffolding for you to shoot when he gets close enough, which will bury him. If he spots you and won't walk to the right spot, try throwing stones to draw him closer.
