Polyjuice Potion

Easter Eggs

You can find the location of the second floor girls bathroom, where Harry, Ron and Hermione use the Polyjuice Potion in the Chamber of Secrets movie. Although you can't actually make this potion in the game, you will be able to use it during Niamh Fitzgerlad's questline.

The Letter

Easter Eggs

After achieving entry to Slytherin's Scriptorium, you can find a letter written by Salazar addressing the basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets film. "I shall place the creature into a deep sleep in its chamber until it can be awakened by one who shares my views [...] one who shall rid the school of [Muggle-borns]," the letter reads.

Chamber of Secrets

Easter Eggs

The location of the Chamber of Secrets entrance can be discovered in the Slytherin girl's bathroom of Hogwarts Legacy.  Another thing is that , if you pay special attention to one of the facets right across from the bathrooms, you'll detect an engraving of a snake, which requires someone to speak in Parseltongue in order to open the Chamber of Secrets.

ArgleBargle goes into detail on how to unlock the Chamber of Secrets.

Ominis Gaunt

Easter Eggs

Ominis Gaunt is a main character in Hogwarts Legacy who you'll become friends with during Sebastian Sallow's "In the Shadows" questline. He is an immediate descendent of Salazar Slytherin, and his family is connected to a long line of pure-bloods, as well as his presumed father Marvolo Gaunt (Lord Voldemort's grandfather!) On that note, you'll hear Ominis Gaunt speak Parseltongue to open one of the doors that lead to Salazar Slytherin's Sciptorium in Hogwarts Legacy. This is, of course, yet another reference to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Keep in mind this is when we first learn about this enigmatic snake language.

MrAlanC helps you with the Ominis Gaunt character.
