During the mission “An Eye for Eye,” you’ll eventually reach a sub-mission called “A Real Dog Fight.” Continue through this mission until you take the elevator and head toward the area with the double doors, where you can hack into a camera to see a room full of people. You’ll be able to hack Pablo the Skinner again, while still keeping the money from the first time. You can do this as many times as you want.
