To unlock a "glitch" level (part of the game) You have to beat the boss for that chapter (one in each chapter except Cotton Alley) and then play any level in the chapter. There is a chance bandage girl will be "glitched" if so, beat the level without getting killed and you will enter a "glitched" level. WARNING: It is one level, but is the equivalent difficulty of a warp zone in that chapter. It is also one level that is the same length of a warp zone.
