Unlocking vehicles

In MX vs. ATV Legends, there are several ways to unlock vehicles, and the Career Mode is often the best way to do so. For instance, players will be given access to stock motocross, ATV, and UTV vehicles after completing the tutorial and the game's opening missions. These vehicles will be an improvement over the Rainbow Sportspike, which is the bike that players start Career Mode with.

To access the player's current in-game fleet of vehicles, choose the garage option from the main menu.
Any unlocked vehicles will have their portrait displayed when they are listed. Locked vehicles, on the other hand, will have a lock-shaped icon to indicate that they still need to be acquired.
Hover your cursor over the desired vehicle and then press your confirmation button to unlock it. A on an Xbox controller or X on a Playstation Dualshock controller, for instance. As long as the vehicle can be unlocked at the time, players should be able to unlock it if they have enough cash.

Starting strong in MX vs. ATV Legends will be critical. If a player times it correctly, they can gain a massive burst of speed immediately at the start of the race and shoot forward, putting themselves ahead of everyone and giving themselves a far higher chance of winning. 

On the other hand, getting a speed increase can be difficult. The controls are a touch fiddly, and it may take some trial and error for a player to find the perfect moment for their boost.

Maintain as much speed as possible.
