After you unlock the area ,go to the trainer with the character you want to level.

Go to date & time on your PS4 or Xbox One and change the month up one. Then go back and you will have levelled!

Each time you do this you will level up 4 times until level 50, after that you will level up by 2 every time until level 90, and then by 1 level each time to level 99. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour for one person.

You can get the following items by defeating the indicated enemies.

• Anima Lantern (grants "Reraise") - Tonberry.
• Beast Flesh (restores all HP/MP and grants "Trance") - Behemoth, Lesser Lopros, Sandworm, Snow Giant, Wendigo, and Skyvern.
• Beast Horn (restores all HP/MP and grants "Freecast") - Behemoth, Behemoth King, Marduk, Mushussu, and Skyvern.
• Bomb Core (grants "Aura" and "Trance") - Bomb family.
• Cactus Spine (grants "Quick") - Cactuar, Kactuar, and Blooming Cactuar.
• Dragon Fang (grants "Quick" and "Freecast") - Lesser Lopros.
• Fire Shard (grants "Aura") - Bomb and Flame Flan.
• Flan Ooze (grants "Trance" and "Quick") - Flan family.
• Fury Bristle (grants "Aura") - Snow Giant and Wendigo.
• Ice Shard (grants "Protect") - Ice Bomb and Aqua Flan.
• Insect Oil (removes status ailments) - Hundleg and Ankheg.
• Light Feather (grants "Freecase") - Evil Eye, Marduk, and Mushussu.
• Lightning Shard (grants "Quick") - Thunder Bomb and Electric Flan.
