Getting started: Chapter 1 for War Mongrels on Xbox Series X (XboxSX)

Getting through chapter 1 can be relatively challenging. Here is how to do it. Firstly don’t pick up guns until later in the chapter. Use stealth as much as you can through the level. Run towards the village without stopping. 

Once your captain sees you, he will tell you to get back in the fight. Knock him out and continue moving along the trenches toward the village. Change out of your uniforms shortly after this. You will be less identifiable to Soviet troops.

Around the corner from where you have changed, there will be enemy troops. Check their focus points by clicking on the. Attract them to yourself by using your watch when the first enemy makes his way to you, and use a stealth kill.

Sneak up to the next soldiers when their focus is elsewhere and kill them.  Around the next corner, you will have to separate your characters. One will have to climb the building on the left to take out the soldier up there, whilst the other will take down the 2 soldiers in the trench just after.

You then continue to follow the trench. You get to a T junction with one soldier around the corner and two ahead of you looking in the opposite direction. Whistle to draw the soldier around the corner to you and kill him. Then progress quietly and kill the other two. 

Change clothes again. Just ahead of you on the left will be some weapons. Pick them up. You are going to want to crawl as you move ahead here. Crawl forward past the creates on your left. You will have a soldier in front of you and on your left. 

Stand up and assign a character to kill each. Slowly move to the blue highlighted barbed wire. Kill both soldiers before they notice you and proceed to cut the wire. There is a motorcycle just on the other side. Move to it and get on before you are noticed.
