Reputation and Knowledge: As you achieve success in races and manage your team effectively, your reputation as a manager grows. This unlocks access to better sponsorships, staff members, and riders. You also gain knowledge points that can be used to improve your skills in various areas of management.
Unlockable Races: By performing well in smaller races and continental tours, you'll eventually qualify for participation in prestigious events like the Grand Tours and World Championships.
Team Development: Through good recruitment and training, your team can progress to higher tiers (Continental, Pro Team, World Tour), which opens up tougher but more rewarding challenges.
Pro Cyclist Mode
Character Progression: By completing training sessions and participating in races, your rider gains experience and unlocks new skills, equipment, and tactics.
Team Transfers: As your performance improves, you may receive offers to join larger and more successful teams, providing access to better resources and a chance to compete for bigger victories.
Personal Goals: Achieving personal goals set at the beginning of the season unlocks rewards like financial bonuses or improved relationships with sponsors.
Other Unlockables
