Enter "Skill 3" into the console. A message stating, "Skill will be changed for the next game," will appear if everything goes as planned. It will take effect the following time you load a game. Enemies have more health in this mode than in Hard Mode and will not flinch when you shoot them.

Outer Base

• Secret 1: Proceed through the first door and head down the stairs to find a hidden secret.
• Secret 2: Ascend the stairs to your right instead of going downstairs and look for a switch behind the stairway for another secret.
• Secret 3: In a new area, locate a switch behind the stairway to open a secret door with useful items and grenades.

Installation Part 1

• Secret 1: After crossing a broken bridge, head into the water and enter the left passageway to find a shotgun in a secret area.

Comm Center

• Secret 1: Descend the stairs into the water and explore the submerged area to find a hidden passageway.
• Secret 2 (Secret Level "Lost Station"): Eliminate enemies, jump onto boxes in the room, and discover an armor piece or a silencer.
• Secret 3 (Secret Level "Lost Station"): In "Lost Station," jump off the descending tram to find health upgrades or items.
• Secret 4 (Secret Level "Lost Station"): Take an elevator, access the red key card room, and locate adrenaline.

Research Lab

• Secret: Shoot a cracked bar in one of the cells after pressing two switches to reveal the secret.

Inner Hanger

• Secret 1: Shoot a control box at the beginning to find quad damage.
• Secret 2: Jump into the water, explore, and press a pressure pad to reveal a secret underneath.
• Secret 3: At the level's end, find an X-marked wall to uncover the final secret.

Launch Command

• Secret 1: Rocket jump to a platform at the start to access the first secret.
• Secret 2: At the level's end, look for broken glass before the exit for another secret.

Outer Courts

• Secret 1: Access the cave after leaving the starting area, and shoot a crack in the wall for a secret.
• Secret 2: Activate a switch on top of the pyramidal entrance, then return to the starting location to access the secret.
• Secret 3: Navigate the drawbridge area, drop into the water, and remember this location for later (related to a red laser).

Outer Courts (Continued)

• Secret 4: Press a pressure pad to open a secret room while continuing the story.
• Secret 5: Return to the starting location after deactivating the red lasers, enter a newly opened door, and access the secret.

Lower Palace Part 1

• Secret 1: Find quad damage right after entering the lower palace.
• Secret 2: Head left, go down the stairs, and access the secret.

Lower Palace Part 2

• Secret: Access an upper palace entry and shoot a wall that reveals a secret in toxic water. Grab the health item there.

Installation, Part 2

• Secret: Explore the area, descend the stairs to the lower level, and find your second secret.

Ammo Depot

• Secret 1: Shoot a switch in front of a logo for a quad damage power-up.
• Secret 2: After lowering a bridge, eliminate enemies, activate a switch, and access the red area for adrenaline.

Supply Station

• Secret 1: Enter a doorway, drop to the lower level, and uncover a secret area.
• Secret 2: Take an elevator, find a platform, and reveal another secret by shooting a switch on the wall.
• Secret 3: Progress through the level and shoot a switch on the left wall to discover a secret.

Supply Station (Continued)

• Secret 4: Go through a door, drop down, and locate a secret and a quad damage power-up.

Main Gate

• Secret 1: Jump into the water under the bridge at the start to find a secret.

Detention Center

• Secret: Enter the left door and shoot a switch under the stairs to reveal a hidden area.

Security Complex

• Secret: At the start, go through the first left door to access the secret.

Outer Hanger

• Secret 1: Jump down at the beginning, then access a cubby hole for the first secret.
• Secret 2: Find a platform outside, shoot a fan wire, dive in, and locate the secret.
• Secret 3: In the secret level, "Comm Satellite," access the first secret by jumping onto boxes.

Comm Satellite "Secret Level"

• Secret 1: Jump onto small platforms on the way to the hangar for the first secret.
• Secret 2: Find an elevator after clearing enemies to access the second secret.

Research Lab

• Secret: Shoot a cracked bar in one of the cells after pressing two switches to reveal the secret.

Quake II on PS5 has 'Level Select' which is available to you from the start of the game. Starting a level using 'Level Select' will always start you off with all the weapons that would be available to you at that point of a normal playthrough of the game.

Enter 'multiplayer' mode from the menu, then Game Mode > Co-operative. Sroll down and turn on the 'infinite ammo' option. You can then play any level with infinite ammo.

This works on console (PS5).
