Duct tape is great for repairing a ton of in game items including axes, hatchets, knives boots, pants, jackets, helmets, gloves and guns. If you have a roll of duct tape and it is almost empty equip it to your hands. It will give you the option to restrain yourself. Do this. Once you are restrained it will then give you the option to struggle free. Once you struggle free your duct tape roll will be completely replenished.
