Getting all of the cards in Sky Force Anniversary can be quite tricky, since they are random drops from crates found as you go through the levels and defeat enemies. Make sure you complete the level after getting a card. To get more cards, try the following techniques:

• Play on a higher difficulty, like Insane or Nightmare.
• Try playing Stage 6, 7, 8, or 9.
• There is a card that increases your chances of getting more cards.
