To unlock Jean-Paul, finish The Monarchy in MyRise Story and get the Blue Exclamation Point in the New World Border part. To do that, follow the instructions below:

Travis talks about a guy who requested an autograph in an airport bathroom via DM.

During that talk, he says he wrestled Jean-Paul Levesque in a match never shown on TV. He asks you about that dark match you were thinking about. Choose "Can picture it perfectly" to unlock Triple H's WCW alter ego, Jean-Paul Levesque. At WCW Monday Nitro, Tavish fights Jean-Paul Levesque.

You talk to Tavish at the airport in the present day. He talks about a made-up match in which you and the British Bulldog go up against Jean-Paul Levesque and the French Bulldog.

You and Tavish will face Jean-Paul Levesque and the British Bulldog at WCW Halloween Havoc 1997. Once you complete this, you will unlock him.

To unlock Ezekiel, you must finish "The Immortals' Showcase." You must also get the Blue Exclamation Point in the Teamwork Makes the Dream Work chapter.

To get to "The Showcase of the Immortals," you must finish 14 side stories with a blue exclamation point. You need to talk to Matt Riddle, Xavier Woods, The Miz, or Drew McIntyre for four of them. Three are done through social media feeds (except for John Cena), and nine are done through DM.

John Cena posts on his social media feed that he is going to SmackDown to record footage for WWE 2K23 2K Showcase. Elias and Ezekiel give their thoughts on being left out of the 2K Showcase game. If you choose to offer to help Cena, you can unlock Ezekiel.

So, you will play a handicap match against Elias and Ezekiel.
