• Bloodsick - This is within a chest in the "New Burial" chamber.

• Commander Shield - You must defeat Commander without blocking any attacks.
• Curse - This is found on a corpse in the "Old Quarters."
• Defender-I Buckler - When fighting the Brothers, kill the one with fire powers last.
• Defender-II Buckler - When fighting the Brothers, kill the one with lightning powers last.
• Firewalker Shortsword - You must defeat Guardian without putting out the fire in any of the braziers.
• Lightning Hammer - You must kill the Annihilator with a weapon that inflicts lightning damage.
• Persistence Greatsword - You must defeat the First Warden without losing any health.
• Stain Hammer - You must defeat Beast without being poisoned.
• Stance - Take 15 Human Skulls to Crippled Rhogar.
• Sting Fists - You must defeat Champion without his entering his enraged state outside of the 3 transitions.
• Uras Polesword - You must defeat Infiltrator while the lanterns up above are still unlit.
