To easily get Agility XP, make sure you've leveled up the FreeRunning Adept and FreeRunning Expert skills, which will make climbing worth 40 XP. Once you complete the main story, you will be able to fast travel at certain locations. The poster in your room in the Tower lets you fast travel between the Slums and Old Town. The northern door in the Slums and the northern sewer door in Old Town will let you travel to Antenna.
