Fire Stone

You can find three in Granitedeep City. You can choose the first after a Team Gaia Event, the second you will find after beating E4 in the Granitedeep City Mall, and the third you will receive as a Drapion Cup reward in the Storage Halls Colosseum.

The fourth is in Topaz Oasis, and you can earn it as a reward for beating the Arcanine and Rapidash trainer.

You will find the final stone in Slateburg City with the Elemental Stone craftsman.

Thunder Stone

Much like the Fire stone, you will find three in Granitedeep City, in the same locations (Team Gaia Event, Granitedeep City Mall, and Storage Halls Colosseum), and one with the Elemental Stone craftsman in Slateburg City. You’ll find the final stone on Route 6 during the “Shy Electric Squirrel” quest.

You can use the Thunder Stone to evolve Magnezone and Probopass.

Water Stone

You can find one with the Elemental Stone craftsman in Slateburg City; the remaining four are in Granitedeep City. The first three are in the same places as the previous two evolution stones (Team Gaia Event, Granitedeep City Mall, and Storage Halls Colosseum), while you can find the last one during the “Penpals!” quest.

Leaf Stone

Like the previous evolution stone, you will find one in Slateburg City with the Elemental Stone craftsman and three in Granitedeep City at the Team Gaia Event, the Granitedeep City Mall, and the Storage Halls Colosseum. Moon Stone

You can find the first three at the Team Gaia Event, the Granitedeep City Mall, and the Storage Halls Colosseum in Granite Deep City. You can use the Moon Stone to evolve Umbreon.

Sun Stone

Like the previous evolution stones, you will find three in Granitedeep City and the fourth in Slateburg City with the Elemental Stone craftsman. You will be given the final one in Jade City as a reward for beating the Espeon and Umbreaon Trainer.

You can use the Sun Stone to evolve Espeon.

Dusk Stone

The first two you will find in Granitedeep City, specifically in the mall, after beating E4 and the Storage Halls Colosseum as a Drapion Cup reward. You can find the third one with the Elemental Stone craftsman in Slateburg City and the final two in Item Balls in Devil’s Wreath and Ruby Vault.

You can use the Dusk stone to evolve Gengar.

Dawn Stone

You can find the first two in the Granitedeep City Mall after beating E4 and with the Elemental Stone craftsman in Slateburg City, and the final two in Item Balls on Jade Island and Mt. Ashe.

You can use the Dawn Stone to evolve Machamp, Golem, and Milotic.

Shiny Stone

You can find the first two in Granitedeep City, specifically after defeating E4 at the Mall and as a Drapion Cup reward at the Storage Halls Colosseum, and the third with the Elemental Stone craftsman in Slateburg City. The final two are in Items balls in Devil’s Wreath and Victory Road.

The Best Grinding Spots

Przewodniki

Amberdale

  • First Gym - You will encounter a training partner near the berry store when you arrive at the first gym. If you haven’t beaten the gym yet, you can re-battle him as many times as you please. However, if you talk to him after beating the gym, he will give you a Rare Candy.
  • Double Battle Institute - You’ll gain access to the Double Battle Institute after beating the second gym. You can train your Pokémon in double battles as often as you want, and earning the cup is a bit easier. The cup gives all colosseum battles 3 x Exp.
Defeating a fourth gym will unlock the Solrock and Lunatone Cup in the Double Battle Institute. Return to win the cup and give all colosseum battles 3 x Exp.
Defeating the seventh gym will unlock the Espeon and Umbreon Cup in the Double Battle Institute. Return to win the cup and give all colosseum battles 3 x Exp.

Lyditia

  • You will find a training partner near the Pokémon Mart when you arrive at the second gym. Before beating the gym, you can battle her as often as you want. She'll give you a vitamin item if you talk to her after beating the gym. The one you get depends on which Trainer Class you’re playing.

Granitedeep City

  • Storage Halls Colosseum - During the sidequest “Hopeless Geniuses,” which you can start by talking to D&D, you will gain access to the Storage Halls Colosseum and can challenge the Sableye Cup immediately. Earning this cup will give all colosseum battles 3 x Exo. Earn it and clear the whole island before challenging the gyms in Topaz Oasis or Jade City, as you will gain even more Exp.
Defeating the sixth gym will unlock the Houndoom Cup in the Storage Halls Colosseum. Return to win the cup and give all colosseum battles 3 x Exp.
Defeating the eighth gym will unlock the Drapion Cup in the Storage Halls Colosseum. Return to win the cup and give all colosseum battles 3 x Exp.

Przewodniki

You will get the Eternal Potion for the first time in front of the Pokémon gym in Amberdale. At level 1, it restores 33% of the max HP of all your Pokémon that haven’t been defeated. You can upgrade the potion in Granitedeep City, which won’t only restore 33% of the max HP of all your Pokémon but revive any defeated Pokémon with 33% of their HP intact.

You’ll gain another upgrade for the Eternal Potion before the Pokémon League qualifier, enabling it to restore 66% of all your Pokémon’s max HP and revive any defeated Pokémon with 66% of their HP intact. After winning the Houndoom cup and the Solrock and Lunatone cup, you'll gain a final upgrade, which will cure all status inflictions, restore 66% HP to all your Pokémon, and revive defeated Pokémon with 66% of their HP intact.

You will gain the final upgrade after winning the Drapion Cup and the Espeon and Umbreon Cup, and this upgrade will completely heal your entire Pokémon team.
