Useful Strategies for Winning the Game

Guias

Damage

This is the best strategy to use against Rushers. You can tank and repair your items at the repair shop, or you can take damage in the Keep’s place via the Scarecrow and heal yourself and it using the Lifesteal accessory or the Heal Orb.

If you decide to go the close-quarters route, accessories like Primal Strength and Dragon Scale are best. However, if you choose the long-range route, the Flail, bows, and runes are useful with accessories such as the Mallet of Prosperity or Honey, which make it much easier to catch Rushers and take out enemies before they reach the Keep.

Crowd Control

This strategy, also known as the Black Hole Design, depends entirely on the Obsidian Pendant. You can consecutively activate over five black holes with an upgraded Duplicator and the proper accessories (the Pomodoro, the Mallet of Prosperity, and the Hallucinatory Mushroom).

Anis and Estelle can increase the black holes pull range and items like the Smokescreen, Magnet, and Graveyard and greatly slow enemies, making the black hole vastly more effective. Unfortunately, some enemies are unaffected by the black holes, namely the Holy Knights and Samurai.

The Benefits of Different Accessories

Dicas

The Scarecrow will damage you rather than the Keep, keeping it protected for longer and making it easier to focus on killing enemies. Pair it with healing, and your enemies don’t stand a chance.

The Duplicator increases your weapons clip size by one and boosts the damage you deal toward enemies, especially early-game bosses. It’s effective on all weapons, and its usefulness will only increase as you upgrade it.

The Mallet of Prosperity increases your weapons’ reach, making it easier to catch rushers.

The Pomodoro can increase weapon damage up to 33% and decrease your weapons' reload time, starting at 5% and reaching up to 25% when you upgrade it. While applicable on all weapons, it’s highly effective when using weapons like the Obsidian Pendant and Smokescreen.

The Hallucinatory Mushroom benefits weapons and characters by increasing your weapon's reach and your character's HP and Defense. Unfortunately, it also decreases cooldown, movement speed, and weapon projectile speed, making it difficult to defeat bosses if you don’t have weapons like Smokescreen. It transforms your character into a massive tank and allows you to body-block bosses without needing revives.

Bubbly Lotion can lead to a possible instakill if it works correctly. This is especially beneficial in Endless mode.

Giant Slayer is only effective against bosses but is an essential accessory in Endless Mode. You can deal 33% of damage to their HP, meaning they can die in 30 – 40 hits. This is particularly effective when you use weapons that fire frequently, such as Velmanway, capes, or rings.

Honey adds 10% of your weapons duration per level. While you can’t use this on every weapon, Honey still increases weapons' strength by a crazy amount, so you should use it on every weapon you can.

Pheromone boosts your enemies and should only be used later in the game when you can handle larger enemy rates. It gives a 10% increase to enemies’ HP and spawn and movement speed, but also increases the Experience you gain from killing them.

Primal Strength increases a weapon's Crit rate by 10% and can increase weapons’ damage up to 50%. You can use it on all weapons.

The Best Weapons

Dicas

The Obsidian Pendant summons a black hole with high pull strength, which entraps enemies and gives you great crowd control, making it the most powerful weapon in the game. It is best in the hands of Estelle or Anis, and you can increase its efficiency by using it alongside the Duplicator, the Mallet of Prosperity, Honey, the Pomodoro, and the Hallucinatory Mushroom.

The Velmanway is an updated Knight’s sword and deals a high amount of damage quickly despite its short range. For a devastating combo attack, you can use it with Primal Strength, the Pomodoro, the Hallucinatory Mushroom, and the Mallet of Prosperity.

Smokescreen creates a zone that reduces enemies' speed by 50%, making them easier to kill. It is most effective when you use it with Honey, the Mallet of Prosperity, and the Pomodoro.

The Storm Bow is an upgraded Elven Bow that deals a lot of damage quickly and can even hit enemies off-screen. It is a powerful mobbing weapon and can be enhanced by the Pomodoro and Primal Strength.

While the Flail is slow to reload, it does a lot of knockback damage in a large area and helps catch fast enemies. You can improve the damage it deals with the Duplicator and the Mallet of Prosperity.

Prismatic Lightning is a Lightning Rune upgrade that deals a lot of damage, is consistent, and has a high homing ability, making it an effective mobbing weapon. You can enhance it through the use of Honey and the Duplicator.

What the Heroes Are Great For

Dicas

Princess Kukuru Ankers – Great for Damage

Princess Kukuru has high Attack, HP, and Regeneration, making her a powerful fighter. She starts with the Knight’s Sword, a descent weapon given its low to medium damage and reach. It can eventually upgrade to the Velmanway.

She also begins with three accessory slots, four construct slots, and five weapons slots, meaning she can deal a wide range of damage but has minimal damage-boosting potential.

Henrietta Moss – Perfect for the Construct-Focused Player.

Henrietta’s wider Pickup Range, greater Gold Gain, longer Run, and increased Luck make her great for players who want to earn more gold while killing enemies. She starts with an Elven Bow, which has a large attack range, making it perfect for mobbing, and can eventually upgrade into the Storm Bow.

She also starts with the following slots: three accessories, four weapons, and six constructs. While this limits the damage she can deal, it increases her construct options.

Lady Louise Dittenberger – Best Damage Booster

Lady Louise has a wider Pickup Range, increased Experience Gain, and a high Weapon Effect Duration for all her weapons. Her starting Weapon is the Lightning Rune which can shoot homing lightning bolts and be used to mob and eventually upgrades into Prismatic Lightning.

She also begins with three weapon slots, five construct slots, and six accessory slots, meaning she has high damage-boosting potential but deals a low amount of damage.

Ouka Crouch – Assassinate the Bosses

While Ouka has lower HP and Weapon Knockback than some of the others, she has a high Crit Rate. She starts with the Assassin’s Daga, which shoots daggers in different directions and deals a lot of single-target damage, making her fantastic for boss fights. It can upgrade into the Dance of the Reaper.

She has the following starting slots: three constructs, five accessories, and five weapons, meaning she sacrifices tower defense for damage.

Anis, The Depraved Demon Lord – Great of the Undecided Player

While Anis has a long, slow dash and lower Luck, her Gold Gains are high, and all her weapons have a large area of effect. She starts with the Sanguinous Ring, which you can later upgrade into the Lich’s Torment, and summons a vortex that deals a medium amount of damage over time on all the enemies that wander in range.

Her five accessory, construct, and weapons slots grant players various gameplay options if they choose her, making her perfect for those who haven’t chosen their attack strategy.

Jing Lei – Speedy Damage Dealer

While Jing has a low HP and Weapon Knockback, she moves quickly, and her weapons have a faster cooldown. Her starting weapon is Trample, which can be upgraded to Clear Sky and deals a lot of damage over time.

Much like Ouka, she sacrifices tower defense for damage, seen through her three construct slots, five accessory slots, and five weapon slots.

Sister Estelle Cowen – Good Variety

Estelle has low HP and Luck, but this is made up for by her high Gold Gains and the large area of effect applied to all her weapons. She starts with the Bayonet, which you can upgrade to the Inquisitor. When you throw the sword forward, it deals medium damage when it hits, and its boomerang ability can reduce the weapon's reload time if you catch it when it returns.

Much like Anis, she is perfect for those who haven’t chosen an attack strategy thanks to her five accessory slots, five construct slots, and five weapons slots.
