Fighting at Close Range

Hints

If you are fighting enemies at close range, you can press A to switch to a different target.

First Skill Upgrade

Hints

The first skill you should upgrade is your ability to throw Pablo to interrupt attacks. It will be extremely useful throughout the game.

Second Skill Upgrade

Hints

The next skill you should upgrade is your regeneration, which allows you to regain health by standing idle.

Taking Damage

Hints

Although you'll often want to avoid hits, it will be to your advantage in certain situations to stand still and eliminate your enemies quickly, even though you will take damage.

Fighting S.P.I.K.E.

Hints

When you fight S.P.I.K.E. on the bridge, wait until you see the final car, the one that bounces around. Get ready to throw it back at him.

When you fight S.P.I.K.E. for the last time, the quickest way to win is to use a jumping heavy kick followed by a low heavy kick.

Fighting Scientists

Hints

When you fight the scientists and have to dodge their attacks, small movements will work best.

Fighting Giant Mechs

Hints

When you have to fight a giant mech that runs alongside you, you can't counter its attacks by just throwing any vehicle back at it. You have to throw the car that has been cut in half.

Fixing I.R.I.S.

Hints

To fix I.R.I.S., use the D-pad to find mini-games.

Missing Quick-Time Events

Hints

Do not worry if you miss a quick-time event. Their main purpose is just to increase your score.

Enemy Missiles

Hints

If an enemy fires missiles at you, don't panic. Stand still, and when they reach you, press A to grab them and throw them.
