Salt and Sanctuary Easter Eggs

Go to the first Sanctuary in the Mire of Stench. Head left across the water until you reach a platform. You can find an NPC/merchant whose name is Alde Griggs. His name and dialogue are a reference to Old Gregg from the British comedy The Mighty Boosh.

The Flint & Steel weapon strongly resembles the Gunblade wielded by Squall in Final Fantasy VIII, especially the first Gunblade you get for him.

If you have a consumable item that will give you salt, you can highlight it as if you’re about to use it, open the menu and choose to end the game, and then press X and R1 together. When you reload, you should have the salt from the item and also have the item still in your inventory.

Note: this is a glitch, so it may eventually be patched.
