Cheats
PLITCH works with I Am Your Beast if you want to tinker with the difficulty (or go full power fantasy). Install the PLITCH client, launch the game, then flip cheats on in real time.
Free toggles
Activate First – Primer you enable before anything else
Prepare – Puts the trainer in ready state
Refill Health – Pop back to full instantly
Refill Armor – Top up your armor on demand
Low Health – Drop yourself to a sliver for challenge runs
No Armor – Ditch armor to keep things spicy
Premium options
Unlimited Health – Basically unkillable
Unlimited Armor – Constant protection
Unlimited Time – Remove the clock entirely
Set Timer – Manually nudge the timer up or down
Tip: Fire up a level and get moving before you toggle the good stuff—it helps the trainer hook cleanly.

Cheat Engine Tables on Steam: Flip Values, Bend the Rules
Cheats
Prefer a DIY approach? Community-made Cheat Engine tables work well with the Steam version.
How to use it
Install Cheat Engine
Grab the I Am Your Beast .CT table
Launch the game, then attach Cheat Engine to the process
Load the table and tick what you want
Many toggles use simple 0/1 values
The table covers a different mix of tweaks than trainer apps, so it’s handy if you want granular control. As always, back up your saves and use this stuff offline if you care about leaderboards.

Steam Deck Performance Woes (and Fixes)
Glitches
It runs on Deck, but you’ll feel the strain when things get busy.
Known issues
Framerate dips during heavy combat
Inconsistent performance between levels
Visual cutbacks needed for stable play
Occasional input lag during high-speed slides and turns
Quick fixes
Drop overall graphics and lower resolution scaling
Kill background apps before launching
Use SteamOS performance profiles (FPS limit, TDP tweaks, FSR)
Favor clarity over eye candy; stability helps S-rank attempts
Portable runs still make sense thanks to short levels and fast restarts—just temper expectations versus a desktop PC.
Levels are short, the clock is mean, and every kill buys you time. Play fast, but be deliberate.
Time management
Kick enemies in the back – Instant kill and about +1.0s to the clock
Headshots – +0.5s
Throwing knife stick – Around +0.6s
Chain kills smoothly; hesitating wastes more time than a missed shot.
Movement mastery
Slide to break line of sight and dodge sniper lanes
Use trees, ropes, and high ground to reposition and drop-crush for instant kills
Balance on cables and ropes to reach clever angles
Don’t over-aim—micro-adjust while moving and commit
Weapon management
Throw empty guns to stun, then close for a finisher
Immediately scoop enemy weapons to keep the train rolling
Abuse the map: bear traps, hornet nests, barrels—ammo saved is seconds earned
Swap often; the best gun is the one with bullets

Make the Forest Your Weapon: Environmental Kill Tricks
Hints
Guns are plan B. The terrain is your best tool for S-ranks.
Environmental weapons
Shoot hornet nests to scatter groups
Pop exploding barrels for multi-kills
Drop bear traps in patrol paths, then bait enemies in
Even tree bark can stagger when thrown in a pinch
Tactical positioning
Use trees as hard cover to funnel enemies
Duck into tunnels to reset heat when overwhelmed
Attack from above for skull-crush instakills
Slide under logs to break sightlines and keep momentum
Advanced chains
Catch guns thrown by enemies mid-air and fire immediately
Stack environmental kills to conserve ammo
Use elevation to bypass ground threats and punish from angles
Chain hazards—nest into barrel into drop-kill—for big time swings

Key achievements
Support Group – Complete all COI Support Group levels
Therapy Complete – S-rank every COI Support Group level
A Really Good Day – S-rank all challenge levels overall

Favor tools that chain kills without reloading
Use timer-gain actions (back kicks, drops) to bankroll risky pushes
If a segment feels clumsy, re-route instead of forcing it
