Not all enemies deserve the same response. Treat them like distinct puzzles.

• Zombies
  • Keep distance and funnel them through doors or alleys.
  • Short, controlled bursts to avoid ammo waste.
  • If the horde’s thick, move the VIP instead of fighting in place.
• Snipers
  • Check rooflines and high windows the moment you load in.
  • Use soul fly to scout angles before exposing the VIP.
  • Change elevation or pull behind solid cover; don’t peek twice from the same spot.
• Assassins
  • They blend, flank, and close distance. Watch behavior, not outfits.
  • Disarm or KO if a clean shot risks the VIP.
  • Prioritize line-of-sight breaks—assassins thrive on open approaches.

Here’s the loop:

• Spot the VIP fast and keep them in sight. If you lose them, you lose control of the situation.
• Scan for threats (snipers, assassins, zombies) and draw a mental perimeter around the VIP.
• Move the VIP when a position feels sketchy; you’re not required to kill everything, just keep them breathing.
• Aim deliberately. No floating crosshair here—think iron sights and steady hands.
• Use your powers to buy time or gather intel, then strike with precision.

It’s a defensive game at heart. Don’t chase glory—manage risk.

• Contingency mindset
