Xbox One is the Perfect Valentine’s Day Date?

Well, this is a new one.

Microsoft’s latest advertisement for the Xbox One has a Valentine’s Day theme, but it doesn’t suggest the console is the perfect gift for your significant other or encourage you to spend a romantic evening playing video games together—instead, it describes the Xbox One as “the perfect Valentine’s Day date.”

We honestly aren’t quite sure what to think about this. Maybe they are trying to remind us of the social functions of the Xbox One, or maybe they’re trying to make singles feel better by giving them video games to think about. Whatever their intention was, we have to admit, this is one of the stranger ads we’ve seen.
