Enter the Secret Cow Level

Unlockables

The Secret Cow level makes a return to the new game, and it’s better than before. To unlock this Cow level in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you have to be in camp and then take Wirt’s leg and use a tome of Identify in Horadric Cube.

This will open up a new portal beside you. Go through this portal to enter a dimension where all cows are angry and attack you with an ax. So make sure you are at least level 40 to easily enjoy this secret level.

Also, keep in mind that you need the game in all difficulty modes to unlock this level.
