When a player defeats the Mole Boss the game stalls and a player will have to exit to the main menu and return to their game, starting their fight with the mole boss over again.
Exploiting with Cheese glitch will only work if a player can access four specific events and awards in the game.
Each award and event is at random and will need to be unlocked first before the exploit will work.
The player will first need to pick up the Cheese Relic, this relic does 25 damage whenever a player reloads their deck.
A player will also need to obtain the Buckler relic which is randomly awarded to a player and will allow a player to reload their game without being able to receive any damage.
A player will then have to find a specific event that will give the player an option to “remove all orbs” from their deck.
Lastly, a player will need to access a specific event that will give the player an option to “remove an orb” from their deck.
Alternatively, a player can load a game modification and access all four awards, and load the awards together at once.
This glitch will allow a player to have no deck, the player will then reload and be immune to damage.
A player in the game will come across different pegs and bombs. It is important for the player to understand the functions of the pegs and bombs.
The first peg a player must try to hit is a crit peg. This peg will result in the player's ball having critical damage instead of the ordinary damage the ball usually inflicts.
The crit pegs will always be found in different positions at every level, but the number of crit pegs will always remain the same at every level.
When a player hits a refresh peg all the pegs on the screen will refresh and it converts a random peg on the board into a new refresh peg.
There are bombs in the game and when a player hits an ordinary bomb for the first time, it will light a fuse.
The second time the player hits the bomb it will act as a detonation and the bomb will explode resulting in the player inflicting 50 damage to all enemies currently on their screen.
This damage will happen before a player's orb is fired down the line.
The detonating of the bomb will also rapidly launch the player's ball away from the detonated bomb.
Once a bomb has been detonated by a player it will be permanently removed.
A Red bomb is another type of bomb a player will encounter during gameplay.
The first time a player hits the Red bomb it will light the fuse of the bomb, only after the second time hitting the bomb will cause it to detonate.
Red Bombs are dangerous for players because when a Red bomb detonates it damages a player for 4 bars of health.
A player will only start to find Red bombs during Area 3 unless the player has Sapper Sack.
The aim of the Peglin game is for a player to make it through the 4 zones, and eliminate all the boss enemies on the way.
The player must first understand how to inflict damage on the enemy bosses effectively.
The player will start the game with a normal ball that inflicts normal damage. The player must hit a Crit Peg and their ball will morph into a critical damage ball that does far greater damage.
A player must right-click on their ball to discard the ball when they want to use a different ball.
A player must use the discarding tool when they collect orbs like the Memorb, Echorb, Doctorb, and EGG.
During gameplay, the player will be offered the opportunity to upgrade their orbs.
This will happen when a player is rewarded after combat with the enemy, or through an event.
When playing Peglin, a player will use an orb that is shaped like a ball. The orb will act as a pool ball on a pool table. The orb will deflect off angles of the deck and the player must use the angles created in the game to their advantage.
The intended direction that the player wants the ball to travel can be estimated and manipulated by hitting the angles and using deflection.
If there are no possible angles for a player to use, the player must strategically aim for the restocking pegs and they will refresh the board.
When a player is aiming they must use their mouse wheel. This will allow a player to have accurate control.
This will only be effective if a player has a stable mouse at their disposal.
Players will collect orbs in the game and there are certain orbs that will allow a player to advance faster in the game.
These orbs can be upgraded as the player advances in the game.
A few of the best-rated orbs a player can collect are the Poltergeist, Echorb, Ball Lightning, Ircicle, Nosforbatu, and Matryorbshka.
These orbs will assist a player to pierce through enemies, heal the player, ignore shields, and have the ability to split a single orb into multiple orbs.
There are certain orbs that a player must not take as they will hinder a player's progress.
The orbs a player must avoid are Bramball, Oreb, Daggorb, and Orbelisk.
These orbs should be avoided by a player as they bounce differently and do little damage to the enemy.
In the game of Peglin a player will unlock relics. There are multiple relics a player can unlock.
It is important for a player to consider that some relics are more advantageous than others for long-term replays.
The best relics a player can unlock are the Matryoshka Shell, Power Glove, Electropegnet, and An Apple A Day.
These specific relics will add multiple balls to a player's shot and increase their base.
These relics will increase the critical damage the player's orb does to the enemy and improve their health.
There are certain relics a player must try to avoid in Peglin.
The relics that a player must avoid are the Consolation Prize, Curse of the Peglin King, Sand Arrows, and Wand of Skulltimate Power.
Some of these relics are advantageous to a player because they can change the player's shot damage, they can apply blindness to enemies, and cause double damage to an enemy but it comes at the cost of the player's health.
