When you're ready to construct the Canteen, you need to do this. DON'T immediately connect it to your habitat. Simply construct it using "airlock ghosts" as a guide. The "ghosts" should be placed on your canteen, then removed. When they are gone, construct your canteen.

Install airlocks on the SIDE other than the one you'll be using to connect to your habitat.

Construct CO2 scrubbers there. Start by setting 2.

Then establish a power connection to power up the area.

Set up the Well AND Sab with an O2 tank specifically for this building, let it fully charge, and then start the Co2 scrubbers to raise the O2 levels inside the building.

Connect the water and oxygen supplies to the canteen once the well and sab are fully charged (SOL 2 or 3 days). Pressurizing the canteen will take approximately SOL 8 days.

Connect the canteen to your habitat using two airlocks once the pressure is greater than 50%. Be careful because your entire habitat will become depressurized as soon as you do this. Your habitat won't be fully re-pressurized for several in-game hours. Keep your helmet on throughout this process! Additionally, keep plenty of O2 bottles on hand because your habitat won't contain enough O2 to keep you alive until everything has been restored.
