Dr Who Easter Egg

Easter Eggs

In Spider-Man Miles Morales you will be able to collect cash and stashes in the underground factions. You will come across a hide out that formerly belonged to "Tombstone" and his gang.

Inside the underground lair there is a group of grey mannequins that are positioned at the entrance. While you are exploring this hidden lair, Miles will make a discovery that the mannequins have moved.

The mannequins move every time you are not looking at them. This is a reference to Dr Who's "Weeping Angels" that quotes "These stone figures will hunt you down and only eye contact stops them approaching."

Insomniac

Easter Eggs

Insomniac are the creators of Spider-Man Miles Morales. In the 2018 versions of Spiderman, Insomniac's store can be found in Midtown. Insomniac’s store building can be located in the exact same location in Spiderman Miles Morales.

There is another hidden Insomniac easter egg on one of the first missions in the game when you have to defeat “Rhino”. The villain carries “Peter and Miles” through a series of buildings along the way, one of them being a shopping mall.

While “Rhino” is charging through the mall, keep an eye out for a chandelier that is used as a halo over a christmas tree. This “halo” is in fact a hidden easter egg, as it resembles Insomniac's logo.

Apartment Numbers

Easter Eggs

There is a scene in Spider-Man Miles Morales where Miles leaves his apartment. Go back to the same apartment as spiderman and select “photo mode”. Slowly zoom into the apartment numbers on the wall and you will see that there is a list of names.

The list of one of the names has four hidden easter eggs. The first name on the list is “Waldo”, this is a reference to the book “ Where’s Waldo?”.

The names “Andy & Buzz” appear later on the apartment number list. These two names are a reference to Walt Disney's “Toy Story”. Andy and Buzz are the main characters in “Toy Story”.

Further down on the apartment list you will find the name “Cthulhu” and a sketch. This name is a reference to an RPG game called “Call of Cthulhu”.

At the bottom of the list there is a blood stained nameplate with the names “Fred & Jason”. The nameplate also has the number “13” and the letter “F” engraved on it. This is a reference to the famous friday the 13th horror movie “Freddy vs Jason”.

Spider-Man Comic

Easter Eggs

At the beginning of the “ La Nochebuena” mission you will be able to explore around an apartment. If you look on the shelf next to Miles' bed there will be a stack of comic books piled up.

The comic book on top of the pile is the first issue of the “Amazing Fantasy”. This is the original Spider-man comic book made by Marvel.
