To easily get the "Brilliant!" trophy, start up Chapter 3: Inequalities. You should have a grenade. Throw it into the air, press L1 to trigger Blacksight, and shoot it. If your weapon aims at something else, use the right analog stick to quickly switch to it. If you miss, grab the grenade from the nearby box and try again.

To easily get the "Collateral Damage" trophy, play Chapter 8: Under Siege - A One Man Army until you get the rocket launcher. As soon as you get it, aim for a cluster of three enemies at the bottom right. This section has many waves of enemies, so you'll have more chances to try if you don't get it.
