General Hints & Tips
Hints- You should unlock your air-dash and double jump abilities as soon as you can. Both will be very useful.
- Since the game is riddled with tiny passages, it is well worth it to use a dwarf or small hero.
- Defeated bosses will remain defeated, even when the area resets.
- If you see a shaded section of a wall, check to see if it hides a secret passage.
- If you hit a dead end, search for sparkles in the area and hit "up" to find a secret chest.
- The Spelunker class is excellent for exploring and getting gold. The Shinobi classes are the most effective for fighting enemies and bosses, followed by Barbarians.
- You will not use magic often, but the "Shout" class skill is very effective if you need to clear the area of projectiles.
- When you restart a "locked," level, you can try to get fairy chests again, but mini-games will not reset.
- It is worth your time to focus on getting better equipment rather than boosting skills, especially when you first start. However, boost your "weight" skill, to make sure you can equip the equipment you want.
