To unlock new tools, districts, and events in Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, you need to earn Duty Stars by collecting District Experience Points (XP) by performing justified actions and successfully ending a shift. The amount of District XP earned depends on shift points earned, conduct points remaining, and bonuses for playing in single-player mode and clearing neighborhoods of high crime.
