After you beat the final boss, you will unlock a number of post-game Requests to beat tougher versions of the game’s main bosses. If you beat all of these rematch fights, you will then be able to fight the Reaper, the secret bonus boss, in the Okinawa Jail.

Defeating the Reaper will unlock New Game Plus. If you start a new game using New Game Plus, you will carry over all of your equipment, Personas, and registered Personas, and also have access to Merciless difficulty. Completing everything in the game while playing New Game Plus will also let you fuse the Lucifer Persona.
