Crafting Easter Eggs Easter Eggs

If you attempt to craft a stone and stick into a lever, you will be told it won’t help you in a fight and that it seems like it’s your first time crafting. You can also craft a fishing rod to disable the traps instead of a bow.

Endercon Easter Eggs

The in-game convention Endercon is a reference to the real-world MineCon, a Minecraft-focused convention.

Arrow in the Knee Easter Eggs

In Boom Town in Episode 2, Axel is hit in the knee with an arrow and Jesse can be injured in the same way. This is a reference to the popular “arrow in the knee” meme that came from a quote in Skyrim.

How to Train Your Dragon reference Easter Eggs

The book found in Ivor’s Cottage in Episode 4, “How to Train Your Slime,” might be a reference to the series “How to Train your Dragon.”

Josie and the Pussycats reference Easter Eggs

One of Jesse’s dialogue options when encountering the Blaze Rods in Episode 5 is to call them “Aiden and the Pussycats,” a nod to the series and movie Josie and the Pussycats.

Harry Potter references Easter Eggs

The Tri-Block in Episode 6 is a reference to the Tri-Wizard Tournament in the Harry Potter series.

The robots Harry and Ron in Episode 7 are most likely references to Harry and Ron from the Harry Potter series, as well.

Undertale reference Easter Eggs

A few quotes in Episode 8 may be references to the game Undertale, especially Nell’s line, “That stare fills me with determination.”
