Use Yuri's abilities to find safe areas where you can hide from turrets and wear them down with repeated attacks over time. However, this may cause you to die just from how long it will take. Yuri's most useful skills are Instant Charge Battery, Giant Monocle, and damage. Baby Yeti will allow you to kill enemies as they're leaving.

For Leon Chameleon, get Backstab Blade first. The next upgrades you'll want are Enhanced Muscle Fibers and Chainsaw Addon. When you reach higher levels, however, replace Chainsaw Addon with Electrifier. Your goal with Leon is to get many kills, so upgrade him to increase his life so you can make more dangerous moves.
