Where  can  I  find  skeeters  roof  aged    cheese?  I  have  been  looking  everywhere.    I  can't  get  anywhere  in  the  story  unless  I  have  it.

You  do  need  to  get  onto  the  roof  of  Skeeters  bar  to  get  the  cheese.  If  you  lookto  the  left  side  of  the  bar  you  will  see  a  yellow  windmill.  Inspect  and  hover  over  this  windmill  which  will  trigger  the  Fartcore  power.  If  you  haven't  unlocked  this,  check  your  guest  list.  You  will  likely  have  a  quest  to  help  Kyle  with  another  problem.  Completing  this  quest  first  will  give  you  the  power  you  need  to  get  the  cheese  from  the  roof.
