How to Unlock Sandbox Mode

To unlock sandbox mode, you need to get a four-star rating for the first island, Isla Matanceros. Check the rating in the bottom-right corner to see what improvements you can make to increase your rating. Once you get a four-star rating, you’ll unlock Isla Nubla, where you have unlimited funds and no restrictions to do whatever you want.

How to Unlock the 1993 Jeep

To unlock the 1993 Jurassic Park Jeep, you need to be airborne for 5 seconds within a 20-second span. If you’re having trouble, you can manipulate the terrain to give yourself some hills to drive off of, as shown in the video below.

Sell Dinosaurs

You don’t have space for every dinosaur. If you want to sell a dinosaur, you must first tranquilize it. You can do this yourself or have ACU do it. Then, once the tranquilized dinosaur is in the helicopter, you’ll have the option to sell it.

Dinosaur Escape and Status

If a dinosaur escapes, select it and check its status bars. If it has a red status bar, there is an issue you’ll need to change to keep your dinosaurs content, such as putting in more food or putting it with a different number of dinosaurs. The type of dinosaur determines the sort of conditions it needs.

Monorail Tips

The Monorail system is important. This will let visitors quickly travel to different areas of your park, so you’ll want to make sure to build one. However, you might encounter trouble if you already have buildings established and try to build the monorail around them. If you build the monorail first, then you’ll be able to place buildings in the best locations.

Missions

Go to the Control Room menu to request new missions. If you don’t like the mission you receive, you can always decline it. There is no penalty for declining a mission.

Divisions

Pay attention to all three divisions. The Science Division will let you create more dinosaurs, the Entertainment Division pulls in revenue from your park, and the Security Division makes sure things are safe. All three are important, both for the park and for your reputation. Make sure you give all three divisions the attention they need to be successful.
