Beginner’s Guide

Hints

  • Prioritize building a pen and finding a dreamstone: These are the two most important things you must do when you first start playing. Without a pen, you can't tame any dinosaurs, and without a dreamstone, your dinosaurs will become unhappy and eventually leave your farm.
  • Focus on growing crops that are in season: Crops that are in season will sell for more money and grow faster. You can check which crops are in season by talking to the shopkeeper in Pebble Plaza.
  • Fertilize your crops: Fertilizing your crops will increase their yield and quality. You can purchase fertilizer from the shopkeeper in Pebble Plaza.
  • Water your crops regularly: Crops need to be watered regularly in order to grow. If your crops don't get enough water, they will die.
  • Harvest your crops when they are ripe. If you don't, they will start to rot and lose value.
  • Feed your dinosaurs a balanced diet: Dinosaurs need to eat a variety of foods to stay healthy and happy. You can feed your dinosaurs by placing food in their troughs.
  • Clean your dinosaurs' pens regularly: Dirty pens can make your dinosaurs sick. You can clean their pens by using your broom.
  • Interact with your dinosaurs regularly: It is vital to build trust with your dinosaurs. You can interact with them by talking to them, petting them, and riding them.
  • Complete quests: Quests are a great way to earn rewards, such as money, items, and dinosaurs. You can accept quests from NPCs in Pebble Plaza.
  • Participate in Shenanigans: Shenanigans are special events that occur throughout the year. They can involve completing quests, collecting items, or defeating enemies. Completing Shenanigans can reward you with rare items, dinosaurs, and other prizes.

Comprehensive Gameplay Guide

Guides

  • How to tame a dinosaur: To tame a dinosaur, you need to feed it regularly and interact with it until its trust meter is full. Once the dinosaur's trust meter is full, you can build a pen for it on your farm.
  • How to grow crops: To grow crops, you must till the soil, sow seeds, and water them regularly. Once your crops are ripe, you can harvest them using your sickle.
  • How to process crops: You must build the appropriate processing facilities to process crops into products. For example, you need a mill to grind wheat into flour.
  • How to build a pen: To build a pen, you must purchase materials from Marlo in Pebble Plaza. Once you have the materials, you can lay them down to create the pen's walls and gates.
  • How to find a dreamstone: Dreamstones are scattered throughout the game. They are often hidden in caves or behind waterfalls.
  • How to complete quests: To complete a quest, you need to follow the instructions given by the NPC who gave you the quest. Once you have completed the quest, talk to the NPC again to receive your reward.
  • How to participate in Shenanigans: To participate in a Shenanigan, you need to talk to the NPC who is hosting the event. The NPC will give you instructions on how to complete the Shenanigan.
