One of the starting gifts you can pick is a Pendant, which has no use in-game. Fans searched and searched for a secret use for it and many theories were put forth, but the director eventually stated that he added in the Pendant as a prank.

The files for Dark Souls Remastered include an early prototype map for the Upper Cathedral Ward in Bloodborne. The files also include part of the Boletaria level of Demon’s Souls, and a prototype for Dark Souls’s New Londo Ruins. While you can’t view these areas within the game itself, the modder who discovered them was able to extra the files and convert them in such a way that they could be opened and explored within Grand Theft Auto V, which makes this particularly strange to view.
