2. Go to spa
3. Do the exit map trick (use sword near entrance/exit till you are off screen for sure then go to spa door)
4. Place fence post two spaces in front of stairs
5. You are all set and now you have infinite energy and health

3. Keep doing this every 10 minutes {in game time}
4. You can do everything you want
