How the Harmony Cubes Work

Guides

These cubes add buffs to your units, giving you an advantage. You'll receive different cubes after finishing different Lost Sectors:

  • Assault Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 01
  • Onslaught Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 02
  • Resilience Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 04
  • Bastion Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 07
  • Adjutant Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 09
  • Wingman Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 11
  • Vigor Cube: unlocked in Lost Sector 18

You can purchase any that you can't obtain through the completion of a Lost Sector at the Union shop.

There are three cubes that you will use more than any other: Resilience (increases your reload speed), Bastion (refunds ammo), and Wingman (increases ammo capacity). The other cubes are generally used for random stat purposes, or their effects are situational.

Benefits of the Cubes

Resilience

This cube increases the reload speed of the character you're playing as and is excellent at any point during the game. It's vital for units with long reload times. It's best when paired with characters like Scarlet, Alice, Pepper (Resilience + Privacy will dramatically increase her healing via her last bullet skill. Fast reload, and a Mag debuff will allow her to use her last bullet skill even more frequently due to the lower bullet count and faster reload speed), Drake, Rapunzel, and Anis: Sparkling Summer.

Bastion

This cube is great for late-game usage when many of your units would have maxed out their ammo capacity and the rolls on their Overloaded gear. It's best when paired with characters like Modernia, Scarlet, Guillotine, and any characters that use MGs or ARs. The larger a unit's magazine, the better they will benefit from the cube.

Wingman

This cube is better for mid-game usage on SG units. The downside to the cube is that it's additive rather than multiplicative, meaning if you already have Max ammo rolls from Overloaded Gear, it won't multiply your ammo count but instead adds the base ammo to the magazine.

For example, it would take Scarlet's base ammo multiplied by the Overload Gear's Max ammo percentage plus the Wingman's ammo percentage.

Adjutant

This cube increases charge speed and is a situational cube used by units like Alice Snow White and Rapunzel.

If you invest in her skills and grant her Overloaded gear with charge speed rolls, Alice will have a high charge speed. Getting 100% charge speed on Alice is convenient as she can have a full charge on frame 1, which vastly increases her damage, especially if you can play her optimally.

If used alongside Liter or Novel, Snow White gains some great benefits from the cube, but only for 5 seconds, as that's how long the buffs of Liter and Novel last. Using this cube allows her to squeeze some extra charge into her burst before the buffs expire.

If you put this cube on Rapunzel, you will increase her healing output slightly.

Assault

This cube increases a character's hit rate and is best used for SGs or stat sticks. It allows low-accuracy weapons to hit targets slightly further away and rapture cores slightly better. It's great for characters like Drake, Maiden, Anis: Sparkling Summer, Noir and Guilty.

Onslaught

This cube is best used for RLs or Snipers. It increases the charge damage but doesn't affect the time it takes to charge up the Sniper or RL damage meters (or any bursts with a charge mechanic). Remember, the damage increase is additive, not multiplicative.

It's best used on characters like Maxwell (who'll receive a slight bump on their burst damage) and Snow White (assuming you're running a Liter or Novel team).

Relic Quantum

This cube increases a character's Burst generation and is only used for PvP battles, mainly because the burst generation from this cube is so low it wouldn't be noticeable in a normal campaign, especially when dealing with Boss runs. PvP is usually won by the first player who bursts.

The best characters to use this cube on are Centi, Jackal, and Anis.

Vigor

This cube increases a character's maximum HP and is best on healer characters such as Noise, Mary: Bay Goddess, Firma, Rapunzel, Blanc, and Marciana.

Which Cubes Are Best for Which Characters?
  • A2: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second. If you give her Overloaded equipment with 1+ Max ammo roles, the Bastion Cube quickly becomes number one.
  • Alice: Her cube options are much like A2, with the Bastion becoming the better option with Overloaded equipment with 2+ Max ammo rolls. Adjutant is also a decent option if Alice's charge speed is 98%.
  • Admi: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Anis: Sparkling Sumber: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Assault Cube is a close second. The Bastion Cube cuts down the damage she can deal.
  • Anne: Miracle Fairy: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Aria: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Vigor Cube is a close second.
  • Anchor: The Resilience Cube is the only possible answer for her. Non-ammo increasing cube do her no benefits.
  • Anis: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Belorata: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Biscuit: The best option is the Vigor Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second. It can be replaced with the Bastion Cube as a third option.
  • Blanc: The best option is the Vigor Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second. It can be replaced with the Bastion Cube as a third option.
  • Brid: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Centi: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second. However, during PvP, the Quantum Cube is the best.
  • Cocoa: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Crow: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • D: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Delta: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Diesel: The best option is the Vigor Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second. The Vigor Cube increases the HP gained when you're getting hit and helps lower Diesel's tank Special Interception EX Alteisen better.
  • Dolla: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Dorothy: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Assault Cube is a close second. The Bastion Cube is the worst possible option for her.
  • Drake: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Wingman Cube is a close second.
  • Emma: The best option is the Vigor Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second. Pairing Emma with the Vigor Cube, especially in a PvP team, is an excellent choice.
  • Epinel: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Ether: The best option is the Vigor Cube, which increases her shield HP, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Eunhwa: The best option is the Resilience Cube. Because of her last bullet mechanics, ammo-increasing cubes are the worst choice for her.
  • Exia: The best option is the Resilience Cube. Because of her last buller mechanics, ammo-increasing cubes are the worst choice for her.
  • Folkwang: The best option is the Vigor Cube, which increases her shield HP, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Frima: The best option is the Vigor Cube, which increases her healing, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Guillotine: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Wingman Cube is a close second. However, if Anis: Sparkling Summer is on your team, Resilience is the best option for Guillotine.
  • Guilty: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Wingman Cube is a close second.
  • Harran: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second.
  • Helm: The best option is the Resilience Cube. Because of her last bullet mechanics, ammo-increasing cubes are the worst choice for her.
  • Helm: Aquamarine: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • iDoll Flower: The best option is the Resilience Cube. Because of her last bullet mechanics, ammo-increasing cubes are the worst choice for her.
  • iDoll Ocean: The best option is the Resilience Cube. Because of her last bullet mechanics, ammo-increasing cubes are the worst choice for her.
  • iDoll Sun: The best option is the Bastion Cube, but the Resilience Cube is a close second.
  • Isabel: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Wingman Cube is a close second.
  • Jackal: The best option is the Resilience Cube, but the Bastion Cube is a close second. Make sure you use the Quantum Cube for PvP.
