There are over 30 characters in the game. To unlock one, you’ll need to find their memory shards, which can be acquired through capsules. Tap on the capsule option in the lobby and roll for x10 to give yourself the best chance of getting a higher-grade character. You can purchase memory shards in the store if you’re looking for a particular character.
