Microsoft has released its SmartGlass app for Windows phones and many gamers who (somehow) managed to get their hands on a Xbox One console early are using it to post early ratings of games like Assassin’s Creed IV, Forza 5 and Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Of course once the review embargos are lifted on the Xbox One’s launch titles in literally just a few hours/days then the onslaught of “proper” reviews from gaming publications will begin. Until then, you’ll just have to make do with what are mostly just game ratings (out of 5) from your average (but somehow well-connected) gamer.

  • Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – 4/5
  • Angry Birds Star Wars – 3.5/5
  • Battlefield 4 – 5/5
  • Call of Duty Ghosts – 4/5
  • Crimson Dragon – 3.5/5
  • FIFA 14 – 4.5/5
  • Forza Motorsport 5 – 4.5/5
  • Just Dance 2014 – 4/5
  • Killer Instinct – 4.5/5
  • Madden NFL 25 – 5/5
  • Marvel Super Heroes – 4.5/5
  • NBA 2K14 – 4/5
  • NBA Live 14 – 4/5
  • Need for Speed Rivals – 3.5/5
  • Powerstar Golf – 4/5
  • Ryse: Son of Rome – 4.5/5
  • Skylanders – 3.5/5
  • Xbox Fitness – 4/5
  • Zoo Tycoon – 3.5/5
  • Zumba Fitness – 3.5/5

PS: If you’re wondering what the SmartGlass app is, it lets you pair your Windows-powered mobile phone or tablet with your Xbox One console. You can then control things on the console like menu functions as well as message friends and launch games and apps.
