Yesterday, we told you the estimated length of Watch Dogs, but if ~100 hours for a completionist will still leave you wanting more Watch Dogs gameplay, you’re in luck. According to the game’s creative director, Jonathan Morin, there are events in Free Roam, such as Potential Crimes, that are “endless.”
@Hurricane4343 Certain types are endless (Potential Crimes & Various Online Stuff) while others aren't. So the short answer is YES.

Of course, you’ll be able to play the online modes continually, as well.
Also, if you were wondering just how open the city in Watch Dogs will be, Morin answered that question, too. You’ll have access to the entire city of Chicago, with nothing to block your path. You’ll just need to set up surveillance to monitor the city. That should please a lot of open world fans.
