Twitch Has Arrived on the Xbox One

If you’ve been waiting excitedly for the day when you would be able to start broadcasting your Xbox One games to Twitch, you might want to check now. Today, Twitch announced that the Xbox One app update would start going out at around 4 PM Pacific/7 PM Eastern Time.

We weren’t expecting Twitch to arrive until tomorrow, but it looks like it’s here a little early. Everything we’ve heard has suggested it will be an excellent, complete Twitch experience, so we can’t wait to hear the early reports.

Just a quick note of warning, though—if you managed to get an early copy of Titanfall, think twice before you stream it tonight. Twitch’s website warns that anyone who streams Titanfall ahead of 12:01 AM EST could have their account suspended.
