DriveClub Has Character Customization, Possible Weather Effects

For fans of racing games, Driveclub is one of the most anticipated PS4 exclusives in the upcoming months. It will release on October 7, and Game Director Paul Rustchynsky has revealed several interesting details through Twitter. He also posted a link to new gameplay video that takes you through the forests of Canada.
We already knew you could customize your car, but thanks to Rustchynsky, we now know there’s a limited degree of character customization, as well. In response to questions from fans, he confirmed the ability to choose either a male or female racer and said there is “a small range of outfits” to pick from.

Now, you might not have caught it in the video, but Reddit users noticed that at about the 1:21 mark, as the sunlight crosses the windshield, you can see a touch of moisture on the windshield. We aren’t sure yet if this points to larger weather effects present in the game, or if it’s just a neat visual feature.

When Bungie updated the official Destiny website, we also got a promise that more information would be coming Monday (tomorrow). We still don’t know exactly what will be revealed tomorrow, three Instagram clips promise we will “witness the formation of a Fireteam,” “see how a Guardian chooses their mission,” and “watch as three brave Guardians take the fight deep into the enemy’s lair.”
These clips were added gradually across the day, so keep your eyes on Destiny’s Instagram tonight, in case they have more teasers. From the descriptions, it sounds as though tomorrow’s event will include new gameplay footage.
Perhaps more interesting still, Dualshockers found two “confidential” videos hidden in the code of Destiny’s website.

As Titanfall’s arrival gets ever nearer, more leaked images and videos are appearing across the Internet. What we have for you this time are 150 Titanfall images from Imgur user Conkerkid11, and three new videos from Youtube users Sti4thewin and JesusFruit10.
Conkerkid11’s images are from the PC version of Titanfall. Of the videos, two are from the Xbox One version, while the third is from the PC. Dualshockers was kind enough to add non-Youtube versions of the videos, as some Titanfall videos have already been removed by EA.
Everything we’ve seen just makes us more excited for Titanfall. Check them out for yourself and share your opinions in the comments.

Titanfall’s release date is almost here, but if you can’t wait, we’ve got some new videos to tide you over until Tuesday.
Youtube user MaskedGamer uploaded six new videos of Titanfall gameplay on the PC, for over an hour’s worth of footage. These videos showcase new maps that weren’t present in the beta, as well as three of the campaign missions.

There’s lots of news and information floating around about next-generation games, but how much HQ 1080p footage have you actually seen? In our humble opinion that’s really the only way to really see how a game plays and make an assessment of whether you’re likely to enjoy it.
That said, we’ve stumbled across some very nice HQ videos for each of the following PS4 games: Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, DriveClub and Watch Dogs. Which is your favorite?
