Titanfall: Day One Patch for Xbox One

March 9, 2014 by Cheats.co Staff - Leave a comment

If you buy Titanfall for the Xbox One, the first patch will be available to download as soon as you get the game on March 11. In fact, the patch is available now, for those players who get the game early. Respawn already confirmed that if you do manage to get an early (and legitimate) copy of Titanfall, you can play it without fear of being banned.

Respawn hasn’t released patch notes, so we don’t know for sure what the patch contains, but we do know that it’s 840 MB. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

Titanfall Installation on Xbox One Requires Upto 40 GB

February 24, 2014 by Cheats.co Staff - Leave a comment

With the newly announced Xbox One Titanfall bundle, which is already available to be preordered, we’ve learned some new details about the game.

The image of the box (above) names the requirements to run Titanfall, namely Xbox Live Gold and “up to 40 GB.” Since the download itself is supposed to be around 17 GB, we believe it is either highly compressed, or the 40 GB is making room for planned updates. Either way it will take up a significant chunk of your standard Xbox One hard-drive space!

Let us know your thoughts on Titanfall and the new bundle. Are you going to be playing it when it comes out in March?

Titanfall: Achievements, Size, and No Pre-load Option

February 21, 2014 by Cheats.co Staff - Leave a comment

With Titanfall’s release just around the corner, new details surface every day. Thanks to the game’s official Xbox Live listing, we now know that its installation size will be 15.88 GB on the Xbox One.

A NeoGAF user named Sangreal also uncovered and posted a list of 35 achievements for Titanfall, along with the first Xbox One challenge for the game, although we cannot verify the accuracy of the list.

A sadder detail is that you won’t be able to pre-load the game. Xbox One users were excited when the listing was first revealed, because it said players would be able to download the game in advance, so that they could play it immediately when it unlocked on its release date. However, Microsoft has since come forth and announced that the message was an error. If you want to play Titanfall on your Xbox One, you’ll have to download it on its release day after all.

Still, at least you can check out the rumored achievement list in the meantime. Let us know your thoughts.

Side by side: PS4 and Xbox One

June 12, 2013 by Cheats.co Staff - 1 Comment

The immediate comment when a lot of people see the PS4 for the first time is “it’s so small”, while the first comment when the same people see the Xbox One is “it’s so big”. Here’s some size comparison images so you can get a proper sense of the design differences between the PS4 and Xbox One.

You’ll see that while the X1 is clearly wider and taller, the PS4 extends backwards a bit more (it’s longer/deeper). Given the height and wide differences though, the Xbox One is clearly the bulkier looking console (we guess you’ve heard the watercooler jokes)…

Anyway, which console design do you prefer and why? (more…)

Size comparison: Xbox One versus PS4

by Cheats.co Staff - Leave a comment

Is the Xbox One really that much bigger than the PS4? As you can see from the pictures below, it really depends on where you’re looking from. Front on, the X1 is definitely a bit wider and higher. Look at them from any sort of downwards angle though, and you see that the PS4 extends quite a ways back.

What do you think of the two consoles designs?
