The Xbox One has trailed in sales to the PS4 for a long time… but the Xbox One Black Friday sales show a different picture. Black Friday and the days around it are times for massive discounts and excellent deals, and the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle has proved quite popular. This bundle not only includes a download of Assassin’s Creed Unity along with the console, but also Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. This two-game bundle was already a popular item, but Black Friday sales made it even more tempting by cutting its price to $329.
It became a best-seller on Amazon, and many people reported seeing low stock on the bundle at retailers, as they quickly sold out. While many retailers other than Amazon have the bundle available online, it’s already out of stock at some of them.
Finally, for those of you who bought the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity bundle from Amazon this week before the sale began, Reddit users have reported that Amazon will honor the discount if you ask.
This is a great deal, and an excellent move for the Xbox One. Will you be picking up an Xbox One thanks to these discounts?Tags: assassin's creed iv black flag, assassin's creed unity, black friday, xbox one

Fans of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and the rest of the series are probably eager to learn more about Assassin’s Creed Unity, which is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A lot of good gameplay information came out of E3, and new details keep on coming.
First of all, if you felt Black Flag didn’t have enough land–you did spent a lot of time on the water, after all–you’ll be pleased to know that Unity’s Paris was confirmed to be bigger than all the land in Black Flag. (You’ll get to visit a few areas outside of Paris, as well.)
You’ll have a large city to explore, and as for the way you explore it, Ubisoft had some comments to make about that, as well. The series’ parkour system has been redone for Unity to give movement a smoother feel. According to Game Designer Max Spielberg, “you no longer have to drop down from climbing a wall to an object to continue running. You can, from your climb, perform a transition into a direct run, or swing, or any move possible in the game.”
The new parkour movement will involve two vertical controls and one horizontal control, and you’ll learn special parkour moves as you play through the game.
Now, when we talk about playing the game, you might be thinking about playing with your friends, since co-op was revealed at E3. However, it turns out that your friends won’t be able to join you during most story missions. You can explore the open world and complete certain missions together, but when it comes to the main story, you’ll be on your own.
Even with co-op, therefore, Assassin’s Creed Unity is still focused on story, and on its new main character, Arno Dorian. If you’d like to learn more about Arno, Ubisoft released a new trailer all about him.
What do you think? Are you looking forward to taking control of Arno and exploring Paris?Tags: assassin's creed unity, assassins creed, info, trailer

Well, E3 is just around the corner, and that means preparations are well underway. Ubisoft has put up a huge banner outside of the area to advertise Assassin’s Creed Unity. It features four assassins, which has led some fans to wonder if Unity will have a co-op option for the campaign. Maybe that’s why it’s called “Unity.”
That’s not the only Assassin’s Creed rumor we have for you today. A GameStop advertisement suggests there will be two preorder bonuses for Unity, one of which is a mission called “Chemical Revolution.”
Meanwhile, a screenshot has surfaced which what appears to be a crossbow an assassin can conceal at his wrist.
All of these things are just rumors for now… but we imagine we’ll have a lot of answers in just a few days. E3 is almost upon us, and we can’t wait.Tags: assassin's creed unity, assassins creed, e3, rumors
