PS4 vs Xbox One games – visual comparison

Last Updated: November 7, 2013

We’re not sure if this entire graphic came from IGN or whether it was just the boxart images, but either way it’s an excellent visual representation of what games you can expect for each of the Playstation 4 and Xbox One – both on launch day and then within the following “launch window” (ie the following few months).

With Ryse: Son of Rome unfortunately getting hammered in reviews I have to say that the Xbox One is looking slightly less attractive than it was a week or two ago, although it still has a strong exclusive line-up. Games like Forza 5 still really stand out for me, especially since DriveClub has been delayed on the PS4. Dead Rising 3 seems a little “meh” though, at least from the video clips I’ve seen – not all that sure it makes the best use of the Xbox One’s processing power.

Killzone: Shadow Fall for the Playstation 4 on the other hand looks set to be a smash-hit and Knack could also be a sleeper-hit title for Sony. Then further down the track you have DriveClub and inFamous: Second Son both coming for the PS4, with the Xbox One having Titanfall (all exciting games).

So which next-generation games on which next-generation system are you most excited for?
